​Throughout history cannabis has been depicted as evil. The age of intense racism and "Reefer Madness" resulted in the criminalisation of this beautiful plant that has so many known health benefits. We aim to change these views through education and community engagement.

​We have all heard our Government speak on the 'War on Drugs' and its aim to move dealers off the streets but did you know 91% of all cannabis related arrests are of personal users (carrying 15g or less) It is clear that this is not targeting dealers but the individual. Decriminalisation will allow individuals to carry cannabis on their person without the fear of going to jail.

​The first real step to any progress in the future is legalisation. Leagalising cannabis will allow people to grow plants in their home, have access to specific strains targeting an individuals needs and allow every Australian to have access to all types of cannabis both medically and recreationally.

​This is the main focus of The Green Revolution. Due to decades of injustice Australians have been victims of cannabis related charges and arrests. Following legalisation every person currently behind bars and every person with a criminal record as a result of cannabis related charges at the very least deserves full emancipation and expungement of record.
